China Gourmet Trip (5) - 9/24 Shanghai 上海

Our Gourmet Trip officially started on Monday, 9/24/07, with a Dinner at Qing-Xian Restaurant 【黔香閣】(浦東店) in Pudong, Shanghai. 上海的貴州菜中，【黔香閣】算是獨佔鰲頭的。餐廳佈置有濃厚的文化底蘊，雅致古樸的空間裝飾，呈現出貴州特有的色彩。黔菜特有的酸、香、辣味都能淋漓盡致的在菜餚中品嘗得到。絕對絕對不能錯過米豆腐! 還有個受上海人喜愛的招牌菜是"秘制盜汗雞"，雞湯完全是由烹飪過程中的蒸餾水滴下而成。一打開砂煲，雞的香味就撲鼻而來。鮮嫩的雞肉半浸在鮮黃濃郁的雞湯中，吃到嘴裏輕輕一抿，隨即融在口中。再喝雞湯，一整隻雞的鮮味都藏在裏頭呢！
