Our Gourmet Trip officially started on Monday, 9/24/07, with a Dinner at Qing-Xian Restaurant 【黔香閣】(浦東店) in Pudong, Shanghai. 上海的貴州菜中,【黔香閣】算是獨佔鰲頭的。餐廳佈置有濃厚的文化底蘊,雅致古樸的空間裝飾,呈現出貴州特有的色彩。黔菜特有的酸、香、辣味都能淋漓盡致的在菜餚中品嘗得到。絕對絕對不能錯過米豆腐! 還有個受上海人喜愛的招牌菜是"秘制盜汗雞",雞湯完全是由烹飪過程中的蒸餾水滴下而成。一打開砂煲,雞的香味就撲鼻而來。鮮嫩的雞肉半浸在鮮黃濃郁的雞湯中,吃到嘴裏輕輕一抿,隨即融在口中。再喝雞湯,一整隻雞的鮮味都藏在裏頭呢!
After dinner, I found that even the Ladies Room at the restaurant was decorated with classical style.
And this is the guest room gifts we found upon returning to our hotel, what a nice way to make us feel welcome.
Why "Lady Bug"? Well, I'm a Lady who likes to Bug People.....thus this name, lol.....very conservative, very upbeat, enjoy fine dining, love to travel, especially on cruises, quite friendly but quick to temper.
