
The room reserved for us was grand in style and the huge round table could easily seat 16 while we were only a group of 8. 


Then came the assorted delicacies to challenge our taste buds.....







As a Finale, we were introduced to the Famous "Three Head Feast"(三頭宴) in Yangzhou cooking: Silver Carp's head, Lion's head, and Pig's head.


The most amazing one is the whole Pig's Head - deboned and peeled but still kept the skin intact! 




In conclusion, we were served with 6 appetizer dishes, 12 main dishes, 2 pastries and fruits. No wonder it was a Most Memorable Lunch for us all !
